Half of American Households are headed by women, and we demand equality and respect.

Households Headed by Women carry the same responsibilities and burdens of that of a man and more in many cases but lack receiving equality in all segments of American society. Especially in the American Business arena, this dark secret of discrimination must stop.

It’s time for corrections of this type of discrimination. It’s long overdue.

America can and will be much stronger and better by acting in local and federal governments to put an end to this silent killer - the lack of equality for women just because they are the head of their households. This form of discrimination, which reaches across all races and economic levels, is destroying present and future generations of America because it is functioning with only half of the population’s abilities and greatness.

America could be a much stronger and better nation when this form of discrimination is addressed and laws to make it a crime are passed. Equality for Households Headed by Women is long overdue.

This form of discrimination has been one of America’s best-kept secrets for generations and has suppressed women and their family units.

This, in essence, is suppressing America itself as a great nation that could even be greater by passing a law that forbids businesses and institutions that do not treat women who are heads of households equal to their counterparts - Households Headed by Men. Most of the time, women do the same amount of work or double if there are children or elder parents to be cared for in the Households Headed by Women.

It can cause an early death, illness, or bankruptcy in her personal life as well as in her business life, which is much higher than that of a man.

It all starts and leads back to discrimination of a woman being head of her household unit with a lack of salary equality in the workspace, which is far less than that of a man.

Equality in business financing for a woman is almost a joke because she receives a faction of what a man gets, and venture capital is like her finding a needle in a haystack, so she ends up taking high-risk financing, borrowing from friends and relatives with very little to start her business, or she is left to bootstrapping it by herself selling her possessions or any other way possible to make her dream of becoming an entrepreneur owner to get her business off the ground.

This must stop. Women in business are the fastest-growing segment of business in America but remain most likely to receive a very small amount of capital compared to that of a man.

Financing is the main key to starting a business or growing a business into a major brand. Discrimination against women is one of America’s big secrets in lending institutions and needs to be exposed. Because she is a woman, she gets turned down countless times and receives only very small loans, if approved at all. Underestimating her abilities to succeed in business runs rampant in lending business institutions.

The legal system is no better because, with the lack of equal pay, she finds herself most likely placed at a disadvantage in hiring the best legal representation for her life or her business needs. In the case of her personal life, and if children are in the family unit, she can be at a huge disadvantage in protecting herself and/or her children when she is up against an institution or the father of her child (children).

Households Headed by Women are suffering from a lack of equality in all segments of American society. That is why Congress must pass a bill that makes it criminal for businesses to discriminate against Women who are Heads of Households, with a law for such businesses to be fined or lose their license. Therefore, we must make our vote count for equality of Households Headed by Women in the 2024 Election.
